Demand Local is looking for a motivated, self-starting Account Executive that thrives in new media and technology. This position is based in our downtown San Francisco office. The Account Executive will be responsible for cold calling and prospecting automotive dealerships throughout the country to offer our digital media and data technology. The role will also be responsible for managing new accounts with digital account management team. You’ll work with all aspects of the organization, including Marketing, Engineering, and even the Exec team. You will work hard and definitely have fun!
- Generate new business and maintain relationships with customers. Ensure the delivery of campaigns to ensure customer success.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic track record. Marketing, Business, Advertising degree is a plus!
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong phone presence and experience in dialing up to 50 phone calls a day
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Able to navigate to decision maker
- Close sales and achieve quarterly sales goals
- Capacity to learn new marketing technology
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Huge plus if you have at least one year experience in a digital media, marketing/advertising, or high call volume sales/account management role, SEM and SEO experience, knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, or a good understanding of the automotive industry.
